Can't make your performance?

It's ok - you can still enjoy your Gateway show! Just pick one of the following options:
 

If you know that you won't be able to make your performance time, please contact the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled performance. You will be able to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show for a $5 per ticket fee.

 

* Subscribers can make complimentary exchanges, without paying the $5 fee. Call the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of your original performance.
 

Please call before leaving home to confirm availability for your desired performance. Present your unused tickets at the Box Office no sooner than 30 minutes before another performance of the same show. You will be issued the best available seats for that performance. Call-In seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no charge for this option!

 

Need your exchange within the 24 hour window before the performance? If you know that you won't be able to make your performance time, please contact the Box Office at least 1 hour prior to your originally scheduled performance. You will be able to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show. There is a $20. per ticket fee for this option. Keep in mind that you may still utilize the Call-In option with no cost.
