Robert Browne Foundation Gives $2M for Afterschool Research

 

The Robert Bowne Foundation, a New York City-based foundation that supports afterschool programs for disadvantaged children, has awarded a grant of more than $2 million over the next five years to the National Institute on Out-of-School Time at Wellesley College, a nonprofit organization that conducts research on policy developments related to afterschool issues. The grant will be for research efforts, development of publications, and professional development programs.
