Using the GEM "print" icon to send documents in GEM to your printer.
GEM makes it easy to send documents to your printer by means of the print icon 
at the top of GEM document pages. (See the top of this page for an example!) To print, click on the icon, GEM will open your computer's local printer window.
If you want to print non-document pages in GEM (i.e., those where no print icon appears), use your Web browser's conventional print functions. Note that you may need to set your printer options to "landscape" in order to print the full width of the window.
If you decide to look at an educational resource by clicking on its «title» in the GEM record and then decide that you want to print the resource itself, use your Web browser's conventional print functions.
