Description:

The purpose of this lesson is to allow students to expand their knowledge about the physical properties of matter and how those properties can be changed. Students are given multiple opportunities, using first-hand experiences and familiar objects in different contexts, to identify characteristics of a physical change. Students will demonstrate their understanding by identifying the physical characteristic changed in pictures and physical models.
