Students will learn about the life of Arizona miners from the early 1800's to present day using primary and secondary resources to establish information about the miner's life. It allows students to see how economy and geography has changed over the years through a miner's life. Lesons include using realistic fictional characters for language and reading to help students relate to the life of a miner.
