Description:
This activity should prove fun and challenging activity for elementary school students. And since a variety of mysteries can be explored, students can find this a continuing source of challenge. To solve the mystery of what operation is being used, they ask the computer to find the answers to a number of examples. When they think they've got it, they can solve one for themselves to see if they really do have it. Note that the operations aren't just simple one-step operations.
