Willett, Jr., House Law Revision Counsel More generally, the Library of Congress Web pages also provide historical collections and descriptions of some of the Library's special collections, and several exhibits. Also very useful is LOCIS, the Library of Congress Information System, which is searchable by keywords. This resource is a recommended link from Economic Education web (EcEdWeb).
