MY HERO is an interactive site made for the entire family. At the heart of this Internet site is the belief that there are and always have been, good people and positive role models in every aspect of our daily lives. Oseola McCarty is such a person. She donated her entire life's savings, which she earned from ironing other people's clothes, to the University of Southern Mississippi, so that children of limited means could have an opportunity to go to college.
