It provides public access to current information on a series of NOAA scientific and educational explorations and activities in the marine environment. This particular resource describes one of many featured NOAA projects. The Link Project: A Partnership between NOAA and NASA fosters collaboration between ocean and space scientists and engineers, and promotes the benefits to humankind of ocean and space exploration, research and related technology development.
