During the past year, those woes have deepened and many industry leaders are scrambling to find ways to stop the bleeding. Increase fares or cut costs? Add perks or eliminate them all together? Yet despite the huge losses, a few airlines are showing a profit. This case study will look at the various business decisions being considered or implemented by the Big 6 and the smaller regional airlines. It will also examine where the industry is going and what it will look like in 12 months.
