Description:
By the end of these lessons, students should be able to identify the major beliefs, the founders, and the origin for the five major world religions-Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. Additionally, students will be able to identify on a world map the regions and countries these religions are practiced today. Students will be able to discuss images that represent the religions. Students will continue to use the internet for research and practice referencing internet sources for information and images. They will practice putting together a slide show presentation using PowerPoint.
