Developing Critical Thinking Skills for Upper Grades is easy-to-use software that helps students improve their critical thinking skills and develop the ability to make inferences. This software uses the same format as Developing Critical Thinking Skills for Effective Reading, with longer and more challenging texts for the more advanced reader. After an assessment, students work in a format that includes a crossword puzzle, a two-answer question, and multiple choice reading comprehension questions for each text. They are able to track their progress through their progress-to-date and session scores. Student scores are kept in a management system that allows teachers to view and print reports.
