Description:
Adopt-A-Watershed Curriculum Units provide teacher guidance and instruction for completing a nine-week course of study on a unit theme. Classroom Kits support the Curriculum Units with supplies to effectively present the lesson plans and conduct activities in the classroom. These kits contain some consumable items that require replacement if the kits are used by more than one classroom. Field Study Kits contain supplies needed to undertake field studies. Some Field Study Kits can be used with more than one Curriculum Unit. These kits can be used by more than one classroom. All materials needed to teach a unit are provided in the kits, except items that can be easily supplied by the teacher. All kits are packaged for a class of 32 students and come in easy to carry plastic totes.
