Description:
Oxford-Arels American examinations provide employers, colleges and universities, as well as individual candidates, with a valid measure of work-related performance. They directly test (productive) speaking and (receptive) listening comprehension, computational skills, and task skills in realistic contexts, rather than as an academic exercise. Master and candidate recordings are used, as well as highly reliable grading procedures. Instead of relying on a single interviewer/grader, these examinations are recorded and then graded by up to three examiners, trained in accordance with the standards and methodologies of Oxford University Delegacy of Local Examinations. Static answers are machine graded. The examinations, candidate performances and results are reviewed at least twice a year.
